My approach to counselling / psychotherapy
It is important that you find the right counsellor/psychotherapist for you. These pages give you a sense of how we might work together.
First meeting
Arrange a free first session in which we can explore what is going on for you. This gives you the chance see if I am the right counsellor/therapist for you.
Your counselling journey
My approach will draw on different methods of counselling / psychotherapy and will be tailored specifically to you, your needs, and what you find helpful.
Remote counselling
Not everyone can travel to see a counsellor / psyhotherapist. In some cases I can offer counselling online, by telephone, or through home visits.
Costs
I charge £40 per session. I offer some discounted slots for people who would not otherwise be able to access counselling.
